My perfect man....

- will call unexpectedly from time to time just to say he was thinking of me
- will at least appreciate my love of 80s music
- has traveled and is excited to embark on a few more journies with me
- understands that I am a neurotic overachiever and loves me all the same
- begs me to spend the night but understands when I decline
- says that he could spend hours just gazing into my eyes
- isn't scared to meet my friends, family or the dorky side of me
- knows that I love low-key nights, but understands my need to go out and cause chaos every once in a while
- will sing karaoke
- is accepting of everyone
- is open-minded
- will be optimistic and excited about life
- will be excited to see me and won't act like talking to me is a chore or requirement
- will know that kisses on my neck are like kryptonite to me
- won't be scared by my blunt voice and big mouth
- will understand my need for girly nights
- likes me in pjs and glasses as much as heels and fishnets
- tries to understand my obsessions with writing, musicals and Sex and the City
- encourages me to learn new things and grow with him
- cuddles with me even if he knows that that's all that the night will bring
- wants to kiss me in the rain because he knows that's a dream of mine
- reads my blog and knows that it plays a role in my life
- wants to embark on adventures with me and try new things
- wants to show me the things he loves
- cooks for me
- says thank you when I do something for him
- realizes that I like wine and that I'll drink beer but that the key to my heart is a good amaretto sour or Cosmopolitan
- wakes up excited to talk to me
- will give me a good, deep massage after a long day or harsh moment
- knows that the best way to cheer me up is Lilo and Stitch and ice cream
- doesn't push the envelope sexually-speaking, but respects my choices and reassures me of that
- isn't afraid to talk about his thoughts and feelings
- doesn't freak out when I talk about my thoughts and feelings
- will smell good (Good GOD that's a big one)
- can be spontaneous and surprise me every so often
- won't look down on anyone or act pretentious and/or arrogant
- tells me I'm perfect just as I am (and actually knows where that line is from)
- will find a way to make me smile if I'm mad at him
- has enthusiasm and a passion for life
- doesn't think that the Blue Collar Comedy tour is funny in any way, shape or form
- wants to help me accomplish my life goals
- tells me I'm beautiful
- knows that I'll melt if he does any of the above-mentioned things
